California Attorney General holds a virtual press conference on the lawsuit he filed this morning against the Trump Administration’s U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. over the unlawful termination of $11 billion in critical public health funding. Attorney General Bonta co-led a coalition of 23 states and the District of Columbia in the litigation, which marks his 9th lawsuit against the Trump Administration.
