While details were unclear at the time, Russia later claimed to have stopped attacks—but Ukraine has already recorded eight strikes since then. Trump initially pushed for a full ceasefire, but what we’re seeing now is only a partial, compromised version of it.Earlier, on March 11th, Yermak, Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, stated that efforts were being made to secure a ceasefire on both land and in the air. Trump attempted to negotiate this, but Putin refused. Many experts believe this is part of Putin’s broader strategy—to stall for time until Ukraine exhausts its foreign aid, which could happen around June or July. Meanwhile, Trump has halted U.S. military assistance, raising urgent questions about Ukraine’s next steps.Despite numerous negotiations in Saudi Arabia, no concrete details have emerged, except for discussions about a supposed 30-day ceasefire. However, Russia has already violated it multiple times while denying any attacks. Another recent agreement focused on protecting five key sectors in Ukraine: oil, gas, water, dams, and electricity—but there was no mention of civilian infrastructure, which remains under constant attack.A separate ceasefire agreement concerning the Black Sea appears to be conditional on the U.S. lifting sanctions on Russian banks and financial institutions. If this happens, it would mark the first time in 11 years that sanctions on Russia have been eased. Additionally, Russia is planning to use the sea to export goods, including from occupied Ukrainian territories.Curiously, these negotiations have not addressed Ukraine’s ports, like those in Odesa. Meanwhile, European support remains uncertain despite numerous summits—most recently in Paris. While discussions continue about military assistance, there is growing recognition that a rushed peace deal would only serve Putin’s interests.A delegation is now expected to visit Kyiv for further ceasefire talks, but the real issue isn’t Ukraine’s willingness—it’s Russia’s pattern of breaking agreements after claiming readiness to negotiate.Another pressing issue is a newly revealed contract between the U.S. and Ukraine concerning rare minerals. Ukrainian MP Zhelyaznyak recently pointed out that this deal grants the U.S. access to Ukraine’s gas, oil, and other resources, without offering Ukraine any security guarantees in return. The contract prohibits Ukraine from selling or managing these resources independently. This seems to be part of Trump’s stance that U.S. aid to Ukraine was never a grant, but a loan that must be repaid—potentially with Ukraine’s natural resources. The details of this agreement may still evolve, but the implications are concerning.Stay tuned for updates as the situation unfolds. What do you think about these developments? Note from Zennie62Media and ZennieReport.com : this video-blog post demonstrates the full and live operation of the latest updated version of an experimental Zennie62Media , Inc. mobile media video-blogging system network that was launched June 2018. This is a major part of Zennie62Media , Inc.’s new and innovative approach to the production of news media. What we call “The Third Wave of Media”.
The uploaded video is from the Zennie62 YouTube channel. It is automatically uploaded to and formatted automatically at the nflnewsbyzennie62.com site and Zennie62-created and owned social media pages. The overall objective here, on top of our is smartphone-enabled, real-time, on the scene reporting of news, interviews, observations, and happenings anywhere in the World and within seconds and not hours – is the use of the existing YouTube social graph on any subject in the World.
Now, news is reported with a smartphone and also by promoting current content on YouTube: no heavy and expensive cameras or even a laptop are necessary, or having a camera crew to shoot what is already on YouTube. The secondary objective is faster, and very inexpensive media content news production and distribution.
We have found there is a disconnect between post length and time to product and revenue generated. With this approach, the problem is far less, though by no means solved.
Zennie62Media is constantly working to improve the system network coding and seeks interested content and media technology partners.
