. A vlog by the YouTube channel named in the video’s upper left corner and serves as the original blog post for this content.FBI Raid On Oakland Mayor Sheng Thao: LeAna Powell Says Sheng Thao Feared Brandon Harami On TwitterIn this segment from “LeAna Powell Former Oakland CM Sheng Thao Staffer Fired For Refusal To Help Sheng Campaign For Mayor”, LeAna Powell explains that then Oakland Councilmember Sheng Thao told her that she wanted her to manage their Twitter account, because aide Brandon Harami had what Sheng called “a bad reputation” on Twitter, and she had to go in and clean up “his mess”.That’s the first time anyone from Sheng’s staff publicly commented on Brandon Harami’s bad use of Twitter. Using as many as 29 Twitter accounts, Brandon, under fake names, would harass people, including this vlogger. And he did this on City of Oakland time, working for Sheng. In other words, violating the Federal Cyberstalking Law:The Federal Cyberstalking LawThe federal law concerning cyberstalking is 18 U.S.C. § 2261A(2). It provides that it’s unlawful for any person to engage in a course of conduct through electronic communication that makes another individual reasonably fear death or serious bodily harm to themselves or another (including a pet or service animal). The behavior may also be illegal if it causes or could cause “substantial emotional distress.” A course of conduct means two or more acts suggesting that the individual has or will continue the behavior. For a person’s actions to be considered cyberstalking under federal law, they must have carried them out with the intent to:Kill, Harass, Injure, Intimidate, or Surveil the other with the intent to do any of the above.Brandon’s actions were designed to cause ““substantial emotional distress” by pushing out fake news about the person via Twitter that Brandon thought was embarrassing to the targeted individual. In my case, I didn’t give a crap except that I wanted to report him for the action.Stay tuned.Stay tuned.A Zennie62 Oakland News Now YouTube vlog SUBSCRIBE TO ZENNIE62 YOUTUBE HERE: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCqtc118chzxCUJExjeWbeEA?sub_confirmation=1 Join Zennie62 YouTube channel https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCqtc118chzxCUJExjeWbeEA/join

Note from Zennie62Media and NFLNewsbyZennie62.com : this video-blog post demonstrates the full and live operation of the latest updated version of an experimental Zennie62Media , Inc. mobile media video-blogging system network that was launched June 2018. This is a major part of Zennie62Media , Inc.’s new and innovative approach to the production of news media. What we call “The Third Wave of Media”.
The uploaded video is from a YouTube channel. When the video is “liked” by Zennie62 YouTube, then it is automatically uploaded to and formatted automatically at the NFLNewsbyZennie62 site and Zennie62-created and owned social media pages. The overall objective here, on top of our is smartphone-enabled, real-time, on the scene reporting of news, interviews, observations, and happenings anywhere in the World and within seconds and not hours – is the use of the existing YouTube social graph on any subject in the World.
Now, news is reported with a smartphone and also by promoting current content on YouTube: no heavy and expensive cameras or even a laptop are necessary, or having a camera crew to shoot what is already on YouTube. The secondary objective is faster, and very inexpensive media content news production and distribution.
We have found there is a disconnect between post length and time to product and revenue generated. With this, the problem is far less, though by no means solved. Zennie62Media is constantly working to improve the system network coding and seeks interested content and media technology partners.
